Job Description

Lead a team of Engineers to oversee all test-related activities for Server and Rack products in production. Support and implement PXE Server configuration for the products. Conduct and maintain the Server and Rack run-in test processes. Perform and maintain the burn-in and power test processes. Coordinate with customers and HQ/factory regarding test program implementation and maintenance. Test and analyze failures in production products, collaborating with customers and HQ/factory to drive improvements. Participate in Kaizen activities. Update and track the test program master list. Prepare and update Working Instructions. Provide training on Working Instructions to production teams. Support the NPI (New Product Introduction) process. Assist with production during mass runs. Engage in ISO activities related to implementation and maintenance.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in an Engineering discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Server/Rack/Manufacturing environments. Ability to work effectively with customers, HQ/factory, peers, subordinates, and superiors. Knowledge of SAP and Linux. Capable of multitasking and working under pressure. Strong understanding of test methods and concepts. Proficiency in programming and debugging skills.
