Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Develop test programs for Digital, PMIC, RF, and Mixed Signal products on ATE (primarily Advantest 93K - SmarTest 7/8, Teradyne UFLEX). Collaborate with design engineers on first silicon debug, device characterization, test program bring-up, and production release activities. Debug digital vectors including JTAG, SCAN, ATPG, Functional, and Mbist, and perform device characterization across PVT (Process, Voltage, Temperature). Characterize Mixed Signal IP such as ADC, DAC, PLL, etc. Participate in test program handover, production release, yield improvement, and test time reduction. Collaborate closely with Product Engineering, Design Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Foundry Engineering teams.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering. 1-3 years of relevant experience in Test Engineering (preferred). Hands-on experience with Teradyne UltraFlex or Advantest 93K ATE is an advantage. Good knowledge of analog and digital electronics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to perform hands-on work in a lab environment. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work independently.
