We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with strong expertise in manual and automation testing, banking domain knowledge, and ETL/data migration testing experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading testing efforts, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and collaborating closely with stakeholders across business and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end testing activities, including test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.
• Perform hands-on manual and automation testing across applications and platforms.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure test coverage aligns with requirements.
• Conduct ETL testing and data migration testing to validate data accuracy, transformation rules, and end-to-end data flows.
• Drive testing best practices, methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and guide junior QA team members and ensure adherence to testing standards.
• Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory requirements in the banking/investment banking domain.

Requirements
Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in Banking/Investment Banking projects.
• Strong hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing.
• Proficiency in ETL testing, data migration testing, and working with large datasets.
• Knowledge of test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP QC, ALM) and automation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with leadership capabilities.
