Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated

QA Automation + Manual Test Lead

with expertise in leading Test Automation Platform or Framework. The ideal candidate will lead a team of testers to drive quality through robust manual and automated testing processes. You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of mobile, web, and backend applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of manual and automation testers. Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and automation scripts across functional and non-functional areas. Perform hands-on testing for mobile (Android/iOS), web applications, and APIs. Implement and maintain automation frameworks using Appium and Selenium. Conduct API testing using tools such as

Postman

,

SOAPUI

, and

RestAPI

. Utilize

latest Test Automation Platform or Framework

to automate business processes and workflows. Identify, log, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with development teams. Conduct

regression, integration, system, and performance testing

. Ensure best practices in testing methodologies, documentation, and reporting. Support integration of testing into

CI/CD pipelines

using

Jenkins

,

Git

, and related tools. Drive continuous improvement and promote a quality-first approach within agile development cycles. Communicate testing outcomes through reports and stakeholder updates.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 4-5 years of hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing. Proficiency in

test automation frameworks

(e.g., TestNG, Cucumber). Strong skills in

Java programming

. Experience in mobile (native/hybrid) and web application testing. Hands-on experience with

Appium

and

Selenium

. Familiarity with

test management tools

(e.g., JIRA, Xray) and version control systems (e.g., Git). Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies. Knowledge of

performance testing tools

(e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Telecom domain experience

is highly desirable. Exposure to

cloud-based testing environments

, virtualization, and containerization (e.g., Docker). Experience with hybrid mobile application testing. * Familiarity with microservices and API gateway testing.
