Job Description
$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: NorthResponsibilities
- Developing new test methods to understand the performance of Fouling Control coatings (Antifouling and Foul Release coating)
- Identify solutions to fulfil the gaps in current test methods by gathering ideas to develop existing or new designs and test methods
- Understand engineering design of new equipment or process and provide effective communication and liaison with others within the team and 3rd party and contractors
- Understands external customer requirements for the Fouling Control coating, asks questions to clarify where required
- Identify risks and barriers and propose recommendation to successfully implement the new or improved test method
- Looks for and implements testing to support existing products and processes
- Identifies improvement needs and suggests improvement activities/projects. Supports roll-out of improvement solutions
- Design of experiments and coordinates with the team to carry out the experiment
- Bachelor\'s/ Master\'s Degree in Mechanical, Materials, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience as design, application engineer or in any relevant field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
