Job Description
Job Summary:
- T24 and TAP Domain experts with Test Program Manager
- Domain Knowledge on Private banking and Wealth management especially T24 application
- Experience in preparing and executing the test script for private banking domain
- Experience in Database testing
- Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Analysing users stories and user cases / requirements for validity and feasibility.
- Experience with Test scope assessment, discussing testing framework, plan, reporting metrics template, defect report and change management
- Effectively lead teams with various staffing models like on-shore and off-shore
- Knowledge in automation preferably in Selenium, TOSCA, BDD Cucumber, CI/CD tools and API automation
- Management the Testing related activities in the engagement
- Stakeholder management
- Incident Management and take it to the closure
- Manging the Risk and Mitigate them
- Control the attrition
- Provide support to the testing team when needed
- Excellent communication & Stakeholder management skills, service attitude
- Systematic and meticulous with problem solving abilities
