Test Technician (system Testing & Debugging)
Job Description
The client is the world leading semiconductor company from USA. It is ranked as one of the "Top Best Places to Work in Singapore". Below position is open urgently.
Position: Test Technician (12 months Contract, Renewable)
Venue: Bendemeer
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in setting up new lab
Prepare and setup test equipment, examine the test environment and utilize automation to execute test plan
Execute and report test results on time
Perform first level analysis on test system and test environment issues
Assist Firmware engineers and Firmware Test engineers on issue debugging
Support test script modification and verification
Maintain and manage the equipment and inventory in the lab
Assist on ad-hoc tasks in the labMaintain the 6S in the lab
Requirements:
Diploma in electrical/ electronic/ computer engineering
Knowledge in
PC hardware, Windows/ Linux OS and driver installation
Familiar with Microsoft tool: Outlook, Word, Excel and PPT Experience inproduct/ system level testing and debugging
Able to performfirst level analysis on test system and test environment issues
Able to communicate well in English. Chinese speaking will be an advantage as you will be working with counterpart from Taiwan/ China Basic to intermediate knowledge onPython programming
