Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and methodical Tester to join our QA team. You'll be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through rigorous manual testing. This role is ideal for someone passionate about finding bugs, improving user experience, and collaborating with developers and product managers.

Responsibilities

Execute test cases manually across web and mobile platforms Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues Perform regression, functional, and exploratory testing Review requirements and design documents to create effective test plans Provide feedback on usability and suggest improvements Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings

Requirements

Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and documentation abilities Experience testing web and mobile applications Knowledge of basic SQL and API testing is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments * Exposure to automation tools (even basic) is a bonus
