JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead in-house Testers for lift testing and commissioning of the new installation projects at private commercial, public, and other projects and need assistance with lift modernization if required

• Manage and ensure that the lift adjustment, testing, and commissioning are safe during activities
• Manage on-site and monitor the testing process according to instructions and schedule
• Report Testing progress to the Department Head/ Manager
• Manage and ensure safe, high-quality, and timely testing of the equipment throughout the testing process.
• Prepare lift adjustment training material and provide testing training for the inhouse testers\' skill improvement
• Provide supervision to testers and support technical to troubleshoot testing problems if it is necessary
• Responsible for all the arrangements with 3rd parties such as inspections, Client inspections related to lift testing
• Responsible for the annual calibration test of testing tools and equipment
• Responsible for the internal/ external audit inspection such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 ISO 45001, and related systems, etc, and also updating the documents if required.
• Assist in project management if required
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Department Head/ Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical or Automation Engineering
• Min 2 years in leading Team lead/supervisory experience.
• This role will be working at assigned construction sites traveling island wide.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Able to communicate with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Experience in Lift testing is highly advantageous or min 3 years in handling new equipment installation.
