Summary:
- Day Care Centre
- Location: Jurong West
- Elderly Setting
- Annual Wage Supplement (AWS)
- Annual Salary Increment
- Performance + Variable Bonus
- Conduct activities prescribed Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist.
- Report clients\' rehabilitation progress to Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist.
- Documentation of all activities conducted.
- Update monthly activity attendance.
- Display weekly activity schedule.
- Perform vital sign checks before conducting any activities.
- Assist in toileting when necessary.
- Maintain proper record and housekeeping of rehabilitation equipment.
- Other additional operational duties as assigned by Centre Manager.
- Diploma/ HMI certificate in a related field
- WSQ qualification in Therapy
- Experience working in an elderly setting is an advantage
- Compassion, critical thinking and organizational skills
