Thermal Engineer | Precision Engineering | Singapore





A fantastic opportunity has opened for a Thermal Engineer to join a technically sophisticated team dedicated to improving thermal performance in complex mechanical and electronic systems. This role offers the chance to work across thermal design, simulation, and validation in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment.





Key Responsibilities:





Design and implement thermal management systems for high-precision components and electronics Apply computational methods and simulation tools to model thermal behavior and drive design improvements Plan and execute experiments to verify thermal designs and system reliability Develop automation tools and scripts to streamline simulation workflows and thermal analysis Support system integration and ensure compliance with performance and safety requirements Contribute to the design of precision mechanical and mechatronic systems as needed Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver optimized product performance


Qualifications:





Must-Have:





Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline Solid understanding of thermal principles and computational modeling techniques 1-2 years of experience in thermal system design, whether in a commercial or research setting Familiarity with numerical tools and simulation environments for heat transfer analysis


Preferred:





Hands-on experience with thermal/CFD tools such as ANSYS Fluent, FloEFD, COMSOL, or equivalent Exposure to precision machinery or mechatronic system design Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude Ability to work independently as well as within cross-functional project teams
