Third Party Risk is a global, first line team within the TTS Operational Risk & Control group
Is responsible for developing, implementing firmwide programs, and overseeing the risks associated with the use of third parties and inter-affiliates. The team is also responsible for providing front to back connectivity to ensure third-party risk activities operate / risk assessments Require a comprehensive understanding of third-party risk lifecycle management concepts with specific emphasis on Agent Banks (Corresponding, Clearing and Custody) and financial market infrastructures. Data validation with TPM systems and remediation of discrepancies
Submission and tracking of business leveraged controls
Contract data review, validation and manual migration to central system
Incremental third party control support
Responsible for supporting the implementation of the Third-Party Management Policy and Alternative Control Framework Third Party Management Standard across TTS (Treasury and Trade Solutions ).Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Third-Party Management, within a global financial services organization.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management, process improvement, change management, governance, and technology within regulated and complex environment. Good communication and written skills and Strong planning and organizing skills Qualifications: * Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experienceRelated certifications (CPA, ACA, CFA, CIA, ACCA, CISA or similar) preferred
