:Discover an exciting opportunity to join the Corporate Third Party Oversight (CTPO) team. We are responsible for developing, deploying, and overseeing firmwide programs that optimize the use of third parties and inter-affiliates to achieve our strategic goals. By building awareness and ensuring global consistency, you will play a vital role in promoting these programs across line of businesses and corporate groups. Stay ahead of regulatory requirements and report program status to regulators. Our focus is maintaining high standards in areas such as client service, quality, control, compliance, resiliency, and information protection.As a Project Manager - Vice President within the CTPO team, you will be responsible for implementing projects and processes to manage Asia Pacific strategic priorities, business transformation and operational efficiency initiatives. You will focus on implementing processes and tools that will enhance user experience. You will manage and execute various high visibility cross-functional projects by managing the project plans, balancing global and regional priorities through working with key partners while addressing stakeholder requirements and managing multiple dependencies.Job responsibilities

  • Manage all activities throughout the project/program lifecycle
  • Create project schedules using Microsoft Excel/Project and monitor key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
  • Develop clear and concise presentation slides to effectively communicate project/program objectives to executive and working level individuals
  • Monitor project/program details and report status using standard formats, ensuring timely communication to key stakeholders and the overall team in Asia Pacific and globally
  • Define problems/needs and propose solutions, ensuring effective communication with key decision makers and impacted stakeholders
  • Take ownership of issues tracking, escalation and resolution, as well as identification and monitoring of project risk trends and concerns
  • Engage and interact with relevant stakeholders during requirements gathering sessions, feedback sessions, focus groups, and user groups
  • Foster open and honest communication practices
  • Collaborate closely with Asia Pacific CTPO and global teams to review and prioritize enhancement requests
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Minimum of Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, process improvement, change management, governance, and technology within regulated and complex environment
  • Excellent project management skills, proficient in creating and managing Excel-based project plans with clear deliverables; exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to collaborate with senior business and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated judgement and analysis skills to balance stakeholder feedback and competing priorities
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills, capable of conveying complex business requirements to diverse stakeholders
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to lead firm-wide changes
  • Excellent business judgment, and ability to proactively identify key issues, gather data to investigate those issues and develop actionable recommendations
  • Ability to defend points of view in the face of resistance with a strong factual basis
  • Knowledge of risk management and control principles
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Powerpoint and Excel
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Ability to speak Mandarin and read Chinese to read documents in Chinese and partner with the teams from China
  • Experience in outsourcing and third party risk management
  • Knowledge and experience in using workflow tools e.g., Visio
