Responsibilities
- Manage the ticketing counter and provide assistance to customers with their enquiries
- Support the sale of over-the-counter kiosk products
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of work areas
- Perform any other relevant tasks or assignments as assigned by the management
- GCE 'N' Levels/ Nitec in Retail or any related discipline
- Possess customer service mindset and ability to engage with people
- Motivated and passionate about delighting our customers
- Able to work on weekends and public holiday
