- Assist in front-line customer service role such as checking passport validity, issuing boarding tickets and answering airlines enquiries
- Ensure smooth departure process by assisting in gate duties and scanning boarding pass
- Assist in Lost & Found Services and baggage tracing activities
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
