Job Types: Full Time We are a leading player in the travel and tourism industry, specializing in delivering exceptional experiences to our clients. 5 days\xe2\x80\x99 work week 10AM to 7PM Work location near Clarke Quay MRT Competitive remuneration package s
- Handle travel reservations of tours & hotels, air ticketing, travel coordination and customer support
- Perform reservations, fare quotations, ticket sales transactions and hotel bookings
- Handles travel visa application
- Handles group booking for corporate clients
- Answering telephone calls
- Good experience in airline reservation/ ticketing
- Working knowledge of GDS (Sabre/ Galileo/Amadeus) & CRS Systems
- Completed IATA Fares & Ticketing I & II or equivalent
- Min 3 years relevant working experience
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in English and Chinese language
