Job Description

As a Livestream Admin & Support, you'll be the tech-savvy, detail-oriented backbone of our live commerce efforts. You'll ensure each livestream runs smoothly from prep to wrap-up, supporting hosts, coordinating back-of-house operations, and engaging with shoppers in real time to elevate the TTR experience.

Job responsibilities:

Coordinate with Marketing & Operations to prep and sync products for livestream Set up livestream space: racks, green screens, lighting and products Assist with product showcases, shout-outs, and audience engagement Monitor live comments across platforms; respond, cue hosts, highlight promos Navigate TikTok Shop platform and internal systems

Job requirements:

Learn product and size guide quickly and confidently Communicate clearly and build rapport with hosts & customers alike Stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple tasks effectively Thrive in routine yet dynamic live settings Bonus if you have sales or livestream/broadcast support experience

Working hours:

Vary depending on livestream schedules, and can occasionally fall outside the standard 9am-6pm
