Job Description
Content Creation (TikTok / Social Media)
Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos (TikTok, IG Reels) showcasing our beauty services, promos, customer transformations, salon vibes.
Trend-spotting: keep up with viral TikTok audio, trends, and adapt them for the salon's branding.
Work with lash/nail techs to film "before & after" content and educational clips.
Post consistently (e.g. 3-5 times per week) with engaging captions and hashtags.
Monitor engagement, reply to comments/DMs related to content.
Suggest new content ideas for promotions, seasonal campaigns, and viral challenges.

Front Desk & Customer Service
Greet walk-in clients and manage check-ins.
Handle appointment bookings, rescheduling, and confirmations (via WhatsApp, Fresha, ClassPass, etc.).
Collect payments
Introduce customers to promotions, upsell add-ons (e.g. nail art, spa treatments, products).
Answer phone/WhatsApp queries promptly and professionally.
Maintain front desk area (tidy, stocked with brochures/products).

Track and log daily customer bookings, no-shows, and walk-ins.
Support marketing campaigns by updating promo posters or in-salon displays.
