• Someone with a growth mindset: you always think that you can become a better person, and you\'re down to learn from these top performers and HOW they\'ve achieved what they\'ve achieved. Bonus if you\'re really into personal development.
• Someone who\'s organized: do you have a knack for planning out what you\'re going to do for the day, and ticking them off one by one? If so, we want you.
• Someone who respects other people\'s time: time is extremely important, and we\'ll make sure you don\'t waste a second with stupid meetings. Similarly, please respect our clients\' time and don\'t make them wait for you.
• Someone who\'s indepedent: we\'ll be working closely at the start, but with the goal of catching you up to speed so you can work on your own time. This job is extremely flexible - as long as you finish your work, you do you.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Someone familiar with Tiktok: literally the only job that pays you to scroll through Tiktok, but just help us look out for certain things like why the video performs well - we love learning.
• Someone familiar with Capcut: Not necessary, but good to know how to do jump cuts, play around with keyframes, and just basic editing etiquette (make sure the captions flow naturally and not halted etc.)
• Someone with basic videography skills: Not necessary, but good to pick up how to position the client on your phone

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

You\'ll be handling content creation purely for Tiktok: coming up with their strategy & ideation (we\'ll do this together at the start), sitting down and chatting with the clients while filming them, editing the raw videos and publishing them on the clients\' behalf.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO LEARN

• How to come up with relevant content for a specific target audience
• How to never run out of content ideas
• How to talk to clients and get valuable nuggets of wisdom out of them
• Mini mentorship from clients who are top performers in their respective industries
• Technical skills like lighting, filming, editing etc.
