Global E-Commerce\'s Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring a safe and trustworthy marketplace for not only our buyers, but also our sellers and creators. Service and Moderation Team (SMT) is part of the GNE organization. Our mission is to create the most trustworthy E-commerce platform with a delightful service experience. SMT is looking for Global Feedback & Experience program manager.Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct policy analysis on sellers, products, and content in global markets, focusing on safety issues such as fraud, counterfeit products, and regulated items.
- Continuously assess, propose, and implement improvements to existing processes and policies.
- Collaborate with the Moderation and Quality Control teams to launch initiatives aimed at enhancing quality and moderation efficiency. Design and execute continuous improvement projects to boost moderation quality, and improve efficiency.
- Gather and evaluate business feedback and requests related to E-commerce moderation SOPs, tools, products, and workflows. Provide solutions to address identified gaps and drive end-to-end implementation.
- Design mechanisms and processes to tackle emerging E-commerce moderation challenges and risks.
- Effectively manage project and stakeholder meetings, drive discussions to conclusions, and keep programs on track.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree or above.
- 3+ years of policy creation, project management, market research or business analysis experience in the E-commerce industry.
- Experience with project management and complex coordination, preferably from e-commerce governance and social media background.
- Excellent coordination skills, communication skills and experience working across multiple cross-function teams to build plans or projects.
- Familiar with e-commerce compliance requirements and internet governance management, with a certain level of business sensitivity and risk awareness.
- Highly data-sensitive, capable of in-depth interpretation through data analysis.Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Preference will be given to candidates with a history of successfully launching complex projects.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments, with a track record of fostering collaboration and driving results.
