Position Overview
As a Tim Hortons Barista, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring each guest receives fast, friendly, and accurate service.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
Take customer orders and handle payments accurately
Prepare coffee, espresso, tea, cold drinks, and baked goods to Tim Hortons standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and equipment
Replenish stock items as needed (cups, lids, milk, etc.)
Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards
Work as part of a team to meet service goals during peak hours
Handle guest concerns or questions in a professional and timely manner
Support other team members and contribute to a positive work environment
