Job Description

• At least Graduated of 2 years Courses/Vocational courses or Undergraduate in engineering/business courses.

• At least 1 year of Experience as Timekeeper in construction Industry is required

• With Strong Organizational Skills

• With High sense of being responsible and trustworthy

• Can work less supervision and keen to details

• With average knowledge in warehousing

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily construction report of Attendance, Monitoring, Activities and Others tasks.

• Orientation of workers for the Project Rules and Regulations.

• Always collaborated with the master payroll

• Monitoring of the number of Hours of labor for construction projects

• Approve an employees daily time card at the end of each pay period

• Modify custom field such as overtime and meal breaktime designation

• Monitor Material Take-off

• Perform other related duties from time to time

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php12,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per monthSchedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Alaminos, Pangasinan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
