Then, come join us in our ambitious endeavor.ResponsibilitiesShare a passion to innovate, especially in the design and development of open world gamesCollaborate with Creative Director to define the artistic vision for console, online, and multiplayer AAA video game productsOwn, share, cultivate and promote the artistic vision throughout the teamInspire artists to create assets that will fulfill the creative vision of the projectCollaborate with creative director, producers, other key team members and leadership to review progress of the game and adjust the implementation of features to match the vision and scope as neededDefine how the art pipeline worksCreate a variety of features, assets, game concepts, and other materials to support production as neededCoach and mentor art team members and ensure they reach the expected artistic qualityCollaborate with producers to assist in art team staffing and reviewing and verifying production schedulesRequirements:RequirementsA portfolio of visionary, inspiring, industry-leading art that you can talk to at depth and explain how your personal creative process was key in its developmentAt least ten years of professional AAA game development experienceAt least two projects shipped in a leadership positionAt least two AAA Open-World titles shipped, one during the current generation of games (PS4/XBOX ONE or PS5/XBOX Series X)Demonstrable, outstanding management and communication capabilitiesProven ability to define and manage the art vision and roadmap for very large scale projectsConfident collaborator and A team player who knows how to work across multiple teams and achieve optimal results, get the best out of everyone on the project and not just within artExperience prototyping in and shipping a game using Unreal Engine a plusWhat is in it for you?Create AAA multi-platform games with ample resources and support: Bring incredible game ideas to players around the world with the support of one of the most successful studios in the world.
