What You'll Do:
Assist in the preparation of our signature viennoiseries, tarts, cakes, and more -- from dough work to finishing touches.
Work closely with senior chefs to refine your techniques and maintain product quality at scale.
Handle mise en place, ingredient prep, and ensure proper rotation and storage.
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.
Learn the rhythm of working in a central production kitchen, supporting other stations when needed.

What We're Looking For:
0-2 years' pastry kitchen experience or relevant baking school training.
Willingness to learn, a strong eye for detail, and a team-first attitude.
Solid foundational skills in mixing, piping, and handling delicate ingredients.
* Comfort with early morning shifts, weekends, and working in a high-volume kitchen.
