Job Description
:TOMG - OEB will support salespeople with proper coordination from the time they order unto delivery and balance the operations. The process of taking, organizing, tracking, and satisfying customer purchase order. In addition to providing a helpful order fulfillment process and filling orders placed by customers.
- Encoding or SQ processed purchase order.
- Responsible for generation of sales order as picklist thru drop box and printing of invoice and updating drop box.
- Copy to AR Invoice and allocate stocks per batch. Implement the FIFO method.
- Zero pending Picklist and Invoice
- Checking of items, item quantity, and price both on PO and SAP. Must double-check entry of orders.
- Reports out of stocks to TOMG Specialist.
- Coordinate with warehouse for available stocks and batch code.
- Filing of Sales Invoice and Delivery Receipt Blue copy. Ensure completion of documents per series.
- Filling of all purchase orders.
- Generation of list of sales invoice and delivery receipt for monitoring purposes.
- Printing of sales invoice and delivery receipt.
- Printing of counter receipt attachment for CD accounts.
- Printing of P.O. attachment to invoice for specific accounts.
