The candidate oversees the daily operations of a manufacturing facility, ensuring production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are followed. The candidate manages personnel, coordinates production processes, and implement strategies to optimize plant performance and profitability.


The candidate possesses a strong engineering background and knowledge of understanding the technical aspects of the projects oversee, required to be hands-on for training and coaching. He helps to resolve technical issues and remove roadblocks that may arise during project execution, he also drives process improvements and to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency gains.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Strategies plan a smooth and efficient production workflow, meeting production targets, and managing resources effectively.


2. Develop project plans, set timelines, and allocate resources. To oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring they stay on track and within budget.


3. Determine the most effective way to meet engineering goals, including resource allocation and budget management.


4. Maintaining ISO13485 and ISO9001 high-quality standards for products and processes, implementing quality control measures, and addressing quality issues.


5. Engineering lead and motivate teams of engineers, technicians providing guidance and support for production.


6. Set a performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.


7. Enforcing safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.


8. Hiring, training, and coaching team members, managing plant staff to grow their skills, including supervisors and production workers to have the resources they need to succeed.


9. Developing and managing budgets, controlling costs, and track budgets to identifying areas for cost reduction, projects and initiatives.


10. Overseeing the maintenance and repair of plant equipment and machinery, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.


11. Developing and implementing strategies to improve plant performance, decision-making to increase productivity, and reduce costs.


12. Preparing weekly and monthly reports on plant performance, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement.


13. Overseeing inventory levels, storage, and incoming/outgoing shipments.


14. Communicating effectively with various departments, stakeholders, and upper management.


15. Identifying and resolving production issues, safety concerns, and other challenges that may arise.


16. Implementing strategies to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall plant performance.
