Top tier international firm would like to hire a junior to mid level associate to join their market-leading practice in Singapore. The team predominantly advises on cross-border financings across all Southeast Asian jurisdictions, India and on deals across the broader Asia Pacific region.
With a particular focus on leverage finance, acquisition finance, private equity driven finance, property/real estate finance, project finance, share-backed finance and general corporate financings, the team is consistently ranked tier 1 across all of the major legal directories. The team's work spans a variety of sectors ranging from financial services, insurance, mining, pharmaceuticals, real estate and retail to telecommunications and manufacturing.
Candidate Requirements

• Commonwealth (SG, EW, ANZ, HK) or US qualified 2 - 5 PQE (UK scale) lawyer with cross border banking experience
• Candidates with acquisition finance, leveraged finance, project finance and/or real estate finance experience welcomed to apply, with more junior associates with peer firm finance practices welcomed
• Strong commercial/business acumen with the ability to deliver creative and pragmatic solutions and advice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface at all levels and particularly to win the respect of the partner and fee-earner community, building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
