:

Reporting to the Head of HR for Asia, you will contribute to the sustainability of a competitive Rewards and Performance function that is aligned to global and regional direction.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, formulate and review Compensation and Benefits programmes and policies
• Drive performance management process including salary review and bonus payment exercise
• Lead C&B market surveys, benchmark the best practices, make recommendations on C&B structure that align to the industry range and strengthen the company\'s market position in attracting, rewarding and retaining talent.
• Implement C&B programs that comply with internal equity and external market competitiveness.
• Manage compensation projects and initiatives such as incentive and commission review
• Facilitate performance management activities
• Keep abreast of local HR trends and developments and derive relevant insights from analysis and recommend enhancements to the organisation\'s HR practices taking into consideration the business context and operating environment
• Provide advice to managers, staff and HR Business partners on compensation and benefits, and performance management related queries
• Oversee and monitor performance of vendors and third-party administrators such as insurance brokers

Requirements:

• Degree in HR Management, Finance or Business
• A strong subject matter expertise with a minimum of 8 years\' experience in Compensation and Benefits
• Experience in job evaluations and job analysis systems
• Good knowledge of labour legislations
• Demonstrate high level of analytical and problem-solving ability
• Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous with an eye for numbers & details
• Adept in handling detailed work with quality outcome
• Able to maintain confidentiality in handling of employee data
