Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You will support in the annual merit and performance bonus activities.
• You will support in all benefits administration including liaising with brokers and benefit vendors for insurable benefits and flexible benefits matters.
• You will work closely with our reward and benefit vendors to ensure high standard of service delivery.
• You will develop and maintain HR analytics dashboards and interpret data to identify patterns and trends and translate into useful information for HR decision.
• You will support in the development and implementation of benefits and health and wellness programs, including developing communication content and materials and related logistics coordination if any.
• You will constantly challenge the way we do things and look for opportunities to streamline and simplify internal processes.
• You will monitor and ensure data quality in the HR system.
• You will support on all strategic global, regional projects and any ad hoc tasks.

Your qualifications and experiences:

• You have a degree in the Business Administration or Finance discipline.
• You are very proficient in Microsoft Office \xe2\x80\x93 Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• You have strong interest in compensation cycle management, and have knowledge of the various types of compensation, incentives, and benefits.
• You have good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• You have an analytics mindset and are good in numbers.
• You are a self-driven, conscientious, adaptable, and fast learner.
• You can prioritize and follow up work effectively to deal with multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
