Job Description

This role will be directlysupporting the General Manager in the implementation of the organization's vision and mission through the guest centric interactions and shares full responsibility for maximizing the long- term operating performance of the Resort.To Create a Wow staying experience for fun loving, adventurous, and eco-conscious travelers through safe and natural environment curated by a caring team.

  • Accountable for implementing the business strategies and hotel initiatives throughout all aspect of operations, with specific emphasis on the Tour and Leisure Department.
  • Lead the Resort's Tours and Leisure Department which includes the following Sections: Island Safari, Inland Safari, on-site activities
  • Responsible for all Tours and Leisure activities
  • Develop all Tours and Leisure activities in close coordination and with the approval of the General Manager
  • Develop all Tours and Leisure equipment's purchases.
  • Develop and monitor your department's cost and labor budget
  • Maintain the highest professional and safe activities as per Health, Safety and Security standards at all times
  • Conduct physical inspections of all areas of the Tour and Leisure Sites in order to evaluate the condition relative to health, safety, risk management, asset preservation, customer service, and company standards
  • Champion the brand philosophy and ensure alignment with brand strategy amongst all staff
  • Ensure guest services delivered exceed expectations and creates loyalty amongst them
  • Foster commitment to providing unobstrusive yet personallized service 24/7
  • Demonstrate key drivers of guests' satisfaction. Makes balanced decisions based on what is best for the customer, right for the business and supportive to all staff
  • Participate in the reviews by the ManComofguest satisfaction results and other data to identify areas for improvement
  • Recruit, hire, develop and retain a diverse and highly productive team of Guest Centric staff
  • Create and sustain a work environment that embraces the company's vision, mission and values and ensures fair and equitable treatment of all staff
  • Facilitate the growth and career development of his respectivestaff
  • Oversee the development and management of the annual operating budget including capital expenditure to exceed budget expectations
  • Focus on building revenue by developing and executing all revenue stream possibilities
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the resort's market positioning using competitive resources, adjusting strategy accordingly
  • Provide input & support overall selling strategy; aligning with the business strategy and proper pricing and positioning of the hotel in the market
  • Perform any other executive task as required by the General Manager
Requirements
  • At least two years' experience in the same role
  • Expertise in running a similar facility
  • Must be an inspiring leader
  • Must execute the Business Plan and Strategies.
  • Must know how to managed the P&L
  • Must be strategic in his over-all approach
  • Must be an intuitive communicator
  • Must be an enabler
  • Must always be able to say 'the buck stops at my desk'
  • English speaking is a must in this role
