Resolves clients' travel complaints, and cancellations Regularly update the database containing client details and travel information. Reach the sales and revenue targets All other ad-hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements Minimum 2 years relevant experience in selling tour packages and attraction tickets, preferably worked in tour agencies before Proficient with GDS Sabre reservation system to book flights, issuance, and reissuance Comfortable with shift work (including weekends) Proactive and motivated team player with good interpersonal skill Self-driven and independent with a strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet deadlines
