Job Responsibilities

Timely reply to agents on quotations and enquires
Liaise with Vendors like Hotels, Restaurants, Transports, attractions, etc. for smooth deliverance of services
Handle and manage Inbound department Operations matters

Job Requirements

Minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 Level and preferably Diploma in Tourism from a recognized Polytechnic
Preferably minimally one year of working experience in Inbound
Ability to work out quotations based on overseas agents\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries
Ability to converse and write Thai will be an added advantage
Meticulous, patient and pleasant personality
A proactive team player who is able to work in a fast-paced environment
