Tourism/Retail Operation Executive (Up to $3000, No EXP is welcome)
Salary: Up to $3000 Workdays: 5 Days (Include weekends) - 44 Hours/Week Location: Marina Square (Esplanade/Promenade MRT)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth operation of the center and perform task as per standard operating procedures
- Deliver excellent guest experience and attend to guest feedback
- Ensure the safety and security of our guests
- Ensure center cleanliness and hygiene
- Review, propose and execute ideas for improvements and guest experience matters
- Manage and assist in staff training
- Generate and review monthly reports
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma holder
- With Experience in Service/Retail/Tourism industry has added advantage
