Responsibilities:
Front line customer service
Assist Airline for front line counter operation
Assist in checking in @ counter, check passport, issue boarding tickets, answer airlines enquiries
Ensure smooth departure process
Work closely with Flight captain, Cabin Crew, Airline representatives
VIP and special needs customer handling
Requirement:
Min N-Level education (clearance purpose).
Basic computer skills literacy.
Customer service experience would be a plus.
