Operate tower crane to lift and move construction materials, tools, and equipment.
Inspect crane daily before use to ensure proper functioning and report any defects.
Communicate with riggers and signal personnel to ensure safe and accurate load movement.
Monitor crane stability and load limits to prevent overloading or unsafe conditions.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of crane cabin and surrounding area.
Follow all site safety procedures and report any unsafe practices or conditions immediately.
Record operational data, including load weights, working hours, and maintenance checks.
Requirements:
Valid Tower Crane Operator License or Certification (as per local regulations).
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience operating tower cranes on construction sites.
Strong understanding of load charts, crane capacity, and lifting procedures.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Physically fit and able to work at heights.
Have Bcss and Work at Height Safety Cert
Commitment to safety and adherence to site protocols.
