Our stimulating missions give our employees the opportunity to develop new skills, overcome spectacular challenges and reveal their talent.To go further, with Dior.YOUR MISSION Work with Travel Retail APAC Regional Marketing team to drive growth within e-Travel Retail (e-retail, e-trade and social media).Facilitate the scaling of TR digital campaigns APAC by ensuring that the TR regions have the guidance, tools and content necessary to succeed

  • Adapt digital assets (banners, visuals, social media content) to formats needed by regions for retailers
  • Assist in translation work from English to Chinese and ensure that translated content adheres to brand's tone of voice
  • Support online product assortment preparation
  • Ensure proper execution of content/assets by retailers
Monitor and measure the success of Diors and competitors digital campaigns to continuously optimize
  • Monitor brands presence on travel retailers websites
  • Report on best practices, trends and activities within digital in travel retail, including but not limited to digital marketing, SEM, paid media, social media and omnichannel
  • Use data, business intelligence reporting and consumer profiling to better understand the connected travel retail client
Digital Operation Support
  • Update and compile product information, pack shots
  • Support on in-house adaption of banners
QualificationsWHO YOU ARE
  • Able to commit at least 6 months
  • University student or fresh graduate who wish to get in-depth knowledge in digtal marketing with the exposure of a leading luxury beauty Brand - the House of Dior
  • Previous experience in E-business: e-retail, e-commerce or social commerce is an advantage
  • Understanding of best practices across social platforms: WeChat, Weibo, Instagram, Facebook and more
  • Conversant with Adobe Photoshop and related photo-editing tools
  • Familiar with affiliate marketing
  • Follower of KOLs / Influencers
  • Autonomous with a sense of initiative and advanced analytical skills
  • Competent on Excel and PowerPoint
  • You have the creative mindset and the luxury/business acumen
  • You are a highly motivated and fast learner, who pays strong attention to details
  • You enjoy teamwork and have positive attitude with good project management skills
  • You are digitally savvy, organized, open-minded, agile, energetic, desire to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Bilingual in both English and Chinese language, other Asian languages a plus
