A day in the life of...

• Ensure machines are maintained according to Nestle guideline so as to be compliant and mitigate risks.
• Ensure reliability of Nestl\xc3\xa9 dispenser through 3rd party service provider.
• Build customer satisfaction, trust and mutual growth by meeting customers needs during trade audit.
• Handle customer complaints together with service provider to ensure that problems are resolved in a timely manner.
• Tracking of Incoming and Outgoing shipments. Conduct regular audit checks.
• Train service providers for all new machines/gadgets/procedures.

What Will Make You Successful

• Technicial knowledge of machines.
• Good personal hygiene and housekeeping.
• Knowledge of F&B hygiene standard.
• QA experience, attention to detail.
• Good documentation skill.
• Skill with Excel. etc, chart plotting.
• Understanding modem/Telemetry experience.
• Effective communication & e-mail writing skill.
• Enjoys interation with customers.
• Passion for Coffee.
• Minimum 2 years experience in food services preferred.
