Assist business units by collating trade documents, verifying accuracy and ensure timely submission.
Handle communication with bank and ensure smooth presentation of trade documents.
Ensure issuance of import LCs and import bills are paid in a timely manner.
Co-ordinate bank queries on compliance with business units and resolve any discrepancies.
Review tradeflow process and internal payment system and assist in process improvement.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.
Requirements
Min Diploma in Banking or related fields
Min 2 years trade experience in bank/finance related role
Excellent knowledge of Trade Finance principles and practices (i.e. Letters of Credit, UCP 600 and Incoterms)
Able to handle Import and Export documentation
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Comfortable with 1 year renewable contract. Conversion dependent on performance.
