RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the day-to-day administration of the following functions:

• Trade Compliance

• Liaise with sales branches in the Asia Pacific region and process their requests pertaining to any verification of Trade Compliance related documents, validation of the customers\xe2\x80\x99 business background, updating of the system, etc associated with the creation of new or modification of existing accounts.
• Account Creation

• Liaise with sales branches in the Asia Pacific region and process their requests pertaining to the creation of new or pre-qualified accounts and modification of existing accounts.
• Work on any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Assistant or Senior Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study.
• Interested to pursue a career in Trade Compliance function.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Eligible to work in Singapore.

Working location: ESR BizPark @ Changi (South Tower) nearest MRT: Expo (CG1/DT35)
