Trade Execution Coordinator

Job Description
:
- Contract management, import-export document management, trade finance document management, systems support, another adhoc activities as requested by the Trade Execution team in Singapore, China and London.
- Internal co-ordination and management of the commodity contracts, shipping documents and payments related documents.
- Manage trade finance activities, particularly with letters of credit to ensure full operative letter of credits are in place and keeping a track record of receipt of funds.
- Timely filing of documents and data entry for audit and system related purposes.
- Liaise with Trade Execution Team, Trade Structured Finance, Accounting, External Service providers, Banks and various other teams to resolve problems.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 1 year contract (Renewable based on performance)
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
- Up to $3000 + Completion Bonus
- Raffles Place \xe2\x80\x93 Walking Distance from MRT
- Fluency in English and MS Office.
- Professionals with some work experience in bank operations, commodities, international trade management, supply chain management are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of onshore trading and shipment management an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
