Summary:
The candidate will report to the Commercial Manager and will be responsible for overall commercial activities of your assigned service(s) from Asia with target to maximize the team\'s revenue and profitability.

Main Responsibilities:
Pricing (40%):
Assist the Commercial Manager in overall commercial activities of your assigned service

Assist both Regional and Head Offices in establishing pricing policy for Asia to your assigned area

Handle pricing and local tender responses for defined services and Asia area

Monitoring & Analyzing (40%) :
Monitor and analyze vessel performance, loading factors, daily positions and take necessary actions

Monitor and analyze Agents\' weekly vessel profile and weekly performance

Others (20%):
In-charge of data system update like allocation etc.

Coordinate with Marketing Team on customer advisories to broadcast key trade decisions, relating but not limited to new products, surcharge implementation, capacity update, etc

Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including pricing team-mates, operations, finance controllers and headquarter trade counterparts

Perform ad-hoc analysis and projects as assigned

Participate long-term pricing tool project which is planned to launch in Q3 2023

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Diploma Holder or above, preferably in shipping, logistics management or business administration

Preferably with 2-3 years working experience in the maritime/shipping industry

Proficiency in MS Excel \xe2\x80\x93 Vlookup and Pivot Table is a must

Good knowledge on the shipping industry and its trend
