Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Trade Finance

To process trade finance transactions which includes import LC issuance, LC amendment, export LC advising, Bank Guarantee and collection bills. (i.e. DLC, SBLC) To ensure the documents comply with the terms of the LC. To ensure all trade transactions are accurately processed/verified in accordance with the customers' instructions and the bank's operational instructions, procedure and policies. Assist in allocation of trade to maximize the bank facilities. Processing of import loan (Trust Receipt), export bills discounting,

2. Treasury:

Update current account (C/A) balances and manage term deposits. Payment: checking payment requests submitted and processed through online banking or paper forms. Ensure accurate and timely settlement of financial obligations (LC, TTR). Execute foreign exchange (FX) trades: Selling USD to top-up SGD/VND accounts. Generate invoices and processing of cargo payments and other payments.

3. Reporting and Visualization:

Analyse financial data (revenue, cost, expenses...), business data (quantity, volume...) and generate insightful reports using Excel and Power BI Prepare and present business output reports to management.
