Responsibilities

Liaise with counterparties/bankers for Import and Export issuance.
Liaise with bankers for Letter of Credit (LC) negotiation, document preparation, and submission.
Manage account opening/update and KYC matters with the banks.
Maintain current and new banking relationships.
Ensure compliance with banks\' terms, conditions and other requirements.
Liaise with each business unit to allocate facility usage and maintain facility reports.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Banking/ Finance or equivalent;
At least 3-4 years of relevant working experience in a trade finance environment
Proficient in English and Mandarin
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Meticulous, coupled with sense of urgency and responsibility;
Ability to deal with pressure, multitask and meet deadlines;
Able to present key risks and risk mitigants in trade structures and transactions clearly.
