About Us Green Link Digital Bank is Singapore\'s inaugural wholesale digital bank focusing on supply chain finance, mainly serving MSMEs and aiming to help MSMEs grow and improve digitization. We are looking for a Trade Finance Operations Analyst to grow our business. Responsibilities:

• Support the Trade and Supply Chain Finance (SCF) processing team.
• Coordinate and provide oversight of overall end-to-end SCF operations process.
• Responsible for examining trade documentation in accordance with international standards.
• Responsible for the anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism (AML/CFT) compliance review in the international settlement business.
• Responsible for the loan and collection of international trade financing business.
• Prepare and manage SWIFT messages and payments.
• Lead system enhancement projects and participate in UAT testing.
• Monitor/Control all transactions received and ensure smooth delivery and achieve performance and contribute to achieving business goal.
• Work with relevant stakeholders on delivery of business performance and ensure daily adherence to service level and quality standards in end-to-end delivery of services.
• Ensure Trade Operations procedures and policies are being followed and deviation escalated.
• Subject-matter expert in providing guidance to internal stakeholders and main contact for any enquiries from external parties.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business/ Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of prior work experience in similar function in banking industry.
• Prior experience in SCF implementation and ability to manage programs from implementation to execution.
• In-depth knowledge in Trade products, UCP/ISP rules, URDG etc is required.
• Strong working compliance knowledge in RCSA, Trade Finance Due Diligence/AML requirements.
• Strong working knowledge of applicable trade products and best practice of trade finance and processes.
• Good communication skills with ability to multi-task, detail oriented and effective time management skill.
• Ability to work independently as well as team player.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Technological orientation with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
