Responsibilities

Process Trade Finance transactions in accordance with operational procedures, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper approvals. Prepare and process remittance transactions (e.g. MT202, MT103, MEPS008, MEPS009). Draft and review SWIFT messages for relevant Trade Finance products and services. Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure proper filing of supporting documents. Handle customer and internal queries promptly and professionally. Prepare daily, monthly, MAS, and ad-hoc Trade Finance reports. Monitor and follow up on outstanding or pending transactions. Participate in system enhancements, testing, projects, and BCP activities. Retrieve, record, and distribute incoming SWIFT messages; acknowledge and route to relevant parties. Support Internet banking, loan processing (corporate, syndicated, and personal), deposit operations, and document safekeeping. Process treasury settlements and clearing transactions. Assist in reviewing and updating the Import & Export Bills Operations Manual.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher qualification. Minimum 3 years' experience in Trade Finance operations (e.g. L/C, L/G, collections, invoice financing, bill discounting, forfeiting). Familiarity with remittance transactions (MT202, MT103, MEPS008, MEPS009). Basic knowledge of accounting entries and reporting. Meticulous, responsible, and proactive with a positive attitude. Strong communication skills; able to work independently
