Job Description
Our Client is one of the fastest growing organization within the Logistics Industry and they have maintain a substantial Global and APAC footprint. Their corporate vision revolves around the fusion of innovation, expertise, individuals, and merchandise. Currently, they are in search of an experienced Trade lane Manager (AGM level) for LATAM to join their team here based in Singapore.
Additional Responsibilities:-
- Development and execution of strategies for assigned trade services to optimize financial performance.
- Supervision of trade routes, agents, maximizing cargo capacity, pricing tactics, and prompt resolution of any trade-related issues.
- Proactive management of trade affairs by staying informed about market trends and geopolitical conditions and their impact on trade and business.
- Continuous monitoring and analysis of agents\' performance to ensure efficient cargo loadings.
- Collaboration with consortiums for service partnerships and coordination with various business units to enhance service effectiveness.
- Oversight, guidance, and development of a team of trade executives and managers.
- Stakeholder Management
You must have a Degree in Maritime Studies, Business or a related field with significant years of experience in Liner Shipping with a Global Organization. You\'ll need to have the ability to articulate and communicate effectively towards C-suite executives on a Global scale.
