This individual should be passionate , innovative, and self-motivated with a business-oriented and customer-focused mindset . Key Responsibilities 1) Create & implement the trade marketing strategy and brand activities in the off-trade channels (50%) Analyze depletion reports to identify new opportunities to grow the top priority brands Collaborate with the Marketing & Design Team for the selection and creation of the activities in respect with the brands' guidelines Plan, coordinate & implement the promotional programs Monitor, forecast & evaluate the actions Compile market research, trade competitors' movements and market trends to propose strategies and action plans 2) Build & animate long-term partnership with key supermarket's actors (50%) Create a weekly schedule to visit managers of each location Set up promotional activities directly with each location to help the rotation of our products Optimise merchandising to assure visibility and good positioning of our brands in each location Analyse & evaluate both activations and selection throughout the year and propose corrective actions Requirements Preferably final internship before graduation Business school cursus Analytical skills and problem-solving attitude Good attitude to learn, pro-activity and commitment Creative and detail orientated Comfort with numbers, data and MS excel Passion for whisky and spirits is a plus Perfect English is required, other languages is a plus.
