Your Role: Brand Marketing Specialist

What You'll Be Doing:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support our customers (property agents), including digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and event marketing. Maintain customer engagement with focus on strategic planning and campaign implementation (including Go-to-Market, product marketing, marketing communication, competitor analysis) Implementation of tactical campaigns for new sales and product launches Conduct customer research (for property landscape) to understand customer needs and behaviour than provide insight for business improvement. Collaborate closely with sales leadership and agent managers to understand agent needs and align marketing efforts with sales goals and increasing revenue. Create & planning marketing campaign in every communication channel needed (email marketing, push notification, web banner etc) to grow product awareness, adoption and purchase Contribute and maintain agent life cycle journey Create compelling marketing materials for agents to use in their own outreach, such as property brochures, social media graphics, email templates, and presentations. Analyze and derive insights related to marketing metrics and data Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as data, content and product team on a regular basis to ensure effectiveness of marketing activations

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a trade marketing role for at least 3 years Have the basic knowledge for digital marketing such as SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, etc Happy to be hands-on with all campaign activations Having knowledge of Property Business is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical skills Well organised & detail oriented Positive attitude and self-motivated Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
