Job scope:
- Responsible for contract management admin work, such as contract creation, contract exposure reporting, checking buyers\' credibility, ensuring endorsement of contracts etc
- Preparing of weekly position and pricing reports for Traders
- Arranging for samples (perishable goods) to be delivered to potential customers
- Preparing sample reports and ensuring sample inventory is accurate
- Receive, track and pack incoming delivery of samples (taking note of First In,First Out)
- Assist in back-end operations for ad-hoc trade shows/training (e.g. ensure enough samples in trade shows, prepare training materials for trainings)
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting is a plus
- Ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to manage contracts
- Familiar with Microsoft Office with strong knowledge in Excel (Pivot Table and VLOOKUP) is a plus
