Adecco is partnering an European MNC specialising in dairy trading and we are currently looking for an Trade Operations Assistant to join their business. This position requires the incumbent to handle contracts administration work, managing of food samples and supporting in back-end operational work. This position is perfect for candidates who wish to kickstart their career in the commodity trading environment.

Job scope:
  • Responsible for contract management admin work, such as contract creation, contract exposure reporting, checking buyers\' credibility, ensuring endorsement of contracts etc
  • Preparing of weekly position and pricing reports for Traders
  • Arranging for samples (perishable goods) to be delivered to potential customers
  • Preparing sample reports and ensuring sample inventory is accurate
  • Receive, track and pack incoming delivery of samples (taking note of First In,First Out)
  • Assist in back-end operations for ad-hoc trade shows/training (e.g. ensure enough samples in trade shows, prepare training materials for trainings)
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting is a plus
  • Ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to manage contracts
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office with strong knowledge in Excel (Pivot Table and VLOOKUP) is a plus
