Job Description

Role and Responsibilities: 1. Provide effective and high-quality administrative support to managers/leaders.2. Responsible for Checking & preparing of Export letter of credit documents for bank submission.3. Responsible for communication with external agencies such as corporate service companies.4. Liaise with clients at initial stage, follow up clients' requirements, formulate quotations, follow up business progress and confirm contract details.5. Assist managers in the negotiation, implementation and data collation of the company's business.6. Draft departmental documents and required materials, organize and file accordingly.7. Complete any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the managers.Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above is preferred.2. Proven ability to think logically, ability to innovate.3. Proficient English and Mandarin in both spoken and written, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Reliable, hard-working, self-motivated and able perform under pressure.5. Familiar with international trade, with working experience in bulk commodity trade, especially thermal coal.6. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
